A few steps lead to the large living room with a fitted kitchen on a central island, living room, and dining room. Shower room with large walk-in shower. Separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a beautiful view of the château and its gardens. 2 bedrooms have a double bed and 1 bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together. Second separate toilet.
2 sheltered terraces. Enclosed grounds of 1000 m² with parking and a large swing.
Oil heating, electricity, linens, and cleaning are included in the rates. Nearby: Bussy-Rabutin Castle and its French-style garden, the Alésia Museum Park, the medieval towns of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, famous for its aniseed, and Semur-en-Auxois, Fontenay Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and numerous picturesque villages. Leisure activities include the Nid à la Caille lake with supervised swimming and children's playground. Pont Lake with a beach. Auxois Wildlife and Leisure Park. Walks and cycle paths along the Burgundy Canal. Numerous hiking and cycling trails start from the cottage.
