A few minutes from the Château de Montreuil Bellay, come and recharge your batteries in this charming little house on the edge of the woods. Next to a sculpture workshop, you may be lucky enough to see the sculptor at work.

A privileged environment, this calm and relaxing place will allow you to crisscross the banks of the Thouet of the Medieval City of Montreuil Bellay, visit the wine estates of Puy Notre Dame, discover the history of the troglodytes of Doué-la-Fontaine, all this less than 10 minutes from the cottage! Saumur is 20 minutes away and the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud is 28 minutes away. Cycling enthusiasts? You can reach Saumur along the Thouet in 1h30.

Neighbors of the cottage, Osmane and François welcome you to their 5-hectare wooded property for a green vacation for two, with family or with your 4-legged companion.

The house with red shutters, decorated with paintings and sculptures, opens onto a living room with open kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hob, coffee maker, ...), dining area, lounge area with television and sofa bed (extra bed). The spacious bedroom has 2 90x190 beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. In Moroccan style, the shower room accessible by 3 steps has an open shower, a stone basin and a toilet. To relax to the sound of birdsong: deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue and parasol.

For your comfort, the service is all-inclusive. Pets are welcome (10€/night). Wifi Internet connection. High chair and baby bed provided on request. Parking possible in front of the cottage.

Belle découverte.

Belle découverte. Idéalement situé, en pleine campagne, mais proche des commerces et de nombreux lieux magnifiques à visiter. Maison très agréable avec une jolie terrasse pour profiter du soleil. Calme garanti. Excellent petit marché de producteurs à proximité dans une belle abbaye que l&#39,on peut rejoindre à pied.
