Small village of 12 independent gîtes, gîte composed of: a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with Italian shower, 2 bedrooms (1 140 bed and 2 90 beds with bolsters and blankets), separate toilet, 1 convertible BZ sofa (140) in the living room. Equipment: Microwave, mini-oven, 2-burner induction hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, flat screen TV, ironing equipment, clothes horse, plancha, shared washing machine and dryer, garden furniture. Free WiFi. Sheet rental: €8.24/pair/change, end-of-stay cleaning fee: €60. Baby bed, bathtub and booster seat on request. Unfenced grounds shared by all tenants, covered terrace, parking. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Any excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
