Self catering studio apartment 24 m² with a balcony facing north, accommodates up to 2 persons. On the third floor with lift.

- With 2 electric stoves, microwave, fridge and dishwasher fully equipped with table-ware, kitchen utensils and crockery.

Shower and toilets. Washing machine.

RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
Supplement of 25€ per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals).
