On the 1st floor: A bar overlooks the living room with fireplace, an American kitchen open to the dining room which gives access to the beautiful terrace, the garden and the barbecue. A first bedroom with 2 single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed 140x190, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor: A mezzanine with sofa bed and TV, 2 bedrooms with double bed 140x190 each, a last one with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.

Great place to stay as a group of Kayakers with plenty of storage in the garage. Large spacious garden and house.Had one small fault which was immediately fixed so very happy with the service as this didn't cause any inconvenience to us. Would recommend to others

Gezellig huis, mooi stadje Briancon én leuke skipisten in de buurt!Prijs/ kwaliteit zeer goed. Wel mss een probleem als je allergisch bent om op de bovenste verdieping te slapen. Voor herhaling vatbaar!!

This place is great. Outside space is amazing too.There was 11 of us on a kayaking trip and it didn’t feel tight at all, plenty of storage space for spare boats in the garage downstairs too. Beds were comfy and facilities were perfect including plenty of parking space for our cars and large vans. Would definitely recommend.
