You will have 4 bedrooms (a double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a twin bedroom with bunk beds on the ground floor and a double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a twin bedroom upstairs). Outside, a private enclosed garden (45 cm low wall at the front of the land) will be at your disposal: garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, terrace, small garage to store your bikes, parking space for 2 vehicles/trailer. 2 bikes available free of charge. Tandem for hire on site from the owners, subject to availability (€50/stay). FREE FOR ANY STAY: sheets, household linen (tea towels, placemats). In addition: end-of-stay cleaning (€80) and heating & electricity (from October to April). In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient nature park, near the Vélovoie, and 25 minutes from the city of Troyes, come and stay in this cottage comprising 2 adjoining houses, with family or friends.
