20 m² living room with a very comfortable sofa bed (accommodating a third person), fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven), 13 m² bedroom with two 80 x 190 cm beds (twin beds, separable upon request) opening onto a private 6 m² balcony, beautiful bathroom with WC. Access to the cottage via a shared laundry room on the ground floor (shared washing machine and dryer). Baby crib available.

Parking and a pleasant, flowery private open garden of 150 m². Two bicycles can be stored in the owners' garage. Bakery in the community.

This accommodation does not allow pets.

Small hiking trails and fishing are available on site. In the heart of Burgundy, Dijon, the capital of the Dukes, is about fifteen minutes away. A city of art, visitors can explore history by discovering the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, its Philip the Good Tower, the fully renovated Museum of Fine Arts, the famous tombs of the Dukes of Burgundy and their mourners, the cultural trail of the owl, the antique dealers' street, and the covered market under Les Halles.
