(The BZ sofa bed in the main room will be used as a bed for 1 person).
A bedroom with a double bed (140) + storage.
From the bedroom, you can access the bathroom (separated by a curtain): shower, vanity unit, towel dryer and WC).
The living room opens onto a south/east facing loggia with garden furniture (table, chairs) and 2 deckchairs.
A private parking space.

From the residence, you can walk to the heart of the Marais Girard district in a few minutes with its beach, children's playground and restaurants. Immediate proximity to the cycle path.
