600m from the seaside - 3-storey house (approx. 40 m²) in a holiday residence with heated communal swimming pool (open between mid-June and mid-September), tennis court, children's playground and shared green spaces.
It includes, on the ground floor: a living room (sofa, 2 recliners, flat screen TV), a dining area (table, chairs) and a fully equipped kitchen fully renovated for summer 2025 (ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and combined oven/microwave) and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 140 cm) (2 x 90 cm), bathroom (with washing machine).
WIFI access
Patio with garden furniture opening onto a large green space. Private parking.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and linens not provided. Tourist tax not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY (+75€), to be booked with the agency.
