About 800m from the beach, in a holiday residence with heated communal swimming pool (open between mid-June and mid-September), tennis courts, pétanque pitch and shared green spaces, type 2 holiday home (approximately 35m²) comprising a living room with sitting area and dining area (120cm sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV, sideboard, table, chairs), kitchenette in the living room (ceramic hob, Top fridge, mini oven, microwave), a hallway leading to a bedroom (1 140cm bed + cupboard) and a bathroom (shower cubicle, sink, washing machine), separate WC.
Patio with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue). Private parking.

Pets allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning package ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY (+60€), to be booked with the agency.
Security deposit: €250 BY BANK CARD ONLY (pre-authorization).
A cleaning deposit may be requested.

Located halfway between Les Sables d'Olonne and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, on the edge of the ocean, the 23 hectare Domaine des Fermes Marines, a third of which is reserved for the environment and greenery, is located between 200 and 800 m from the seaside of Brétignolles Sur Mer.
The accommodations grouped in small pavilions each have an enclosed patio and generally overlook the green spaces. The estate has a heated outdoor swimming pool open in high season, outdoor tennis courts that can be used all year round, a playground for children, a pétanque area and a seasonal shopping centre. This village is ideal for a good family holiday.
