In a holiday residence with heated swimming pool (open between mid-June and mid-September) and shared tennis courts, pleasant Ferme Marine type 2 comprising a living room with dining area (table, chairs + buffet) and rest area (1 x 140 cm sofa bed, flat screen TV), fitted kitchen area (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer section, dishwasher, oven, microwave).
A hallway leads to a bedroom (1 x 140 cm + cupboard), a shower room with washing machine (shower and sink), and separate toilet.
Tiled patio with garden furniture (table, chairs, barbecue and parasol). Private parking.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning package ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY (+60€), to be booked with the agency.
Security deposit: €250 BY BANK CARD ONLY (pre-authorization).
A cleaning deposit may be requested.
