In a holiday residence with swimming pool (unheated and open from mid-June to mid-September), shared tennis courts and shared pétanque court, pleasant 32 m² cottage (sleeps 4).
It includes a living room with equipped kitchen area (ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine) and relaxation area (sofa, TV).
WIFI access.
A bedroom with bunk beds (2 x 90) + cupboard and chest of drawers.
A bathroom (bath + vanity unit) and WC inside (but separated by a door).
Upstairs: a mezzanine (open to the living room) with a double bed (140) + storage.
The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, awning and charcoal barbecue.
Private parking.
