A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm / duvet & square pillows) + wardrobe.
A bathroom (shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail) with WC inside (but separated by a door).
Upstairs: mezzanine (under eaves) open to the living room with 2 single beds (2x80 cm / blankets & square pillows) and a double bed (140 cm / duvet & square pillows) + storage.

The living room opens onto a pleasant south-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and electric awning.
