On the wild coast, about 200m from the seaside, the surf spot and the Sauzaie beach, country house type 3 comprising a direct entrance into the living room (sofa, armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV, table and chairs, sideboard), fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge-top, oven, microwave), adjoining pantry (washing machine, second fridge, freezer and dishwasher).
Two bedrooms (1 x 160cm + cupboard) (2 beds of 90cm + cupboard), bathroom (bathtub, sink), separate toilet.
A mezzanine used as a relaxation area.
WIFI access.
Garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue, sun lounger). Parking on the grounds.
