In a holiday residence with heated communal swimming pool (open between mid-June and mid-September), tennis courts, playground, large green spaces and small shops, 3-storey house comprising on the ground floor: a direct entrance into the fitted and equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer section, microwave, oven, dishwasher) and open to the living room (sofa, sideboard, flat screen TV, table, chairs), separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and the bathroom (vanity unit, bathtub & washing machine).
Bedroom No. 1: 1 x 140 cm + cupboard.
Bedroom No. 2: 2 x 90 cm bunk beds + shelves.
A paved patio with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, barbecue, 2 deckchairs). Private parking.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.

Located halfway between Les Sables d'Olonne and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, on the edge of the ocean, the 23 hectare Domaine des Fermes Marines, a third of which is reserved for the environment and greenery, is located between 200 and 800 m from the seaside of Brétignolles sur Mer.
The accommodations grouped in small pavilions each have an enclosed patio and generally overlook the green spaces.
The estate has a heated outdoor swimming pool open in high season, outdoor tennis courts that can be used all year round, a playground for children, a pétanque area and a seasonal shopping centre.
