300m from the beautiful Dunes beach, in a small residence, type 2 house + mezzanine with private courtyard comprising an entrance with cupboard, a living room/lounge (sofa, flat screen TV, chairs and dining table), fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine).
On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed (160) + cupboard and a shower room with WC.
Upstairs, a mezzanine open to the living room with 2 single beds (80) and storage + 1 baby bed available.
WIFI access.
The living room opens onto a terrace and small garden with garden furniture, sun lounger, parasol and awning, electric barbecue.
Private parking space in front of the accommodation.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
