The BZ sofa in the main room will be used as a bed for 1 person.
A corridor leads to the bathroom (vanity unit, shower, washing machine), a separate toilet and the bedroom (1 160 cm bed + cupboard).
The living room opens onto a pleasant landscaped patio (table, chair, sun loungers, awning, gas barbecue).
At the front of the house, a closed courtyard.
You will appreciate: the quiet location of a residential area but a stone's throw from the heart of the town as well as the pleasant patio for enjoying your meals in the shade of the awning or for "chilling" on the deckchairs.
