Only 400m from the town centre of Brétignolles Sur Mer (shops, covered market and large bi-weekly market), pleasant house of approx. 50m² comprising a living room with fitted kitchen (gas hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment) opening onto a dining area (table, chairs, sideboard) and relaxation area (BZ sofa, flat screen TV).
The BZ sofa in the main room will be used as a bed for 1 person.
A corridor leads to the bathroom (sink unit, shower, washing machine), a separate toilet and the bedroom (1 bed 160 + cupboard).
The living room opens onto a pleasant landscaped patio (table, chair, sun loungers, awning, gas barbecue).
At the front of the house, an enclosed courtyard.

You will appreciate: the quiet location of a residential area but 2 steps from the heart of the town as well as the pleasant patio to take your meals in the shade of the awning or to "chill" on the deckchairs.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
