800 m from the beach, type 2 house (approx. 40m2) in a holiday residence with heated communal swimming pool (open between mid-June and mid-September), tennis courts, pétanque court and shared green spaces.
The house includes: a living room (BZ 1 x 140 cm, sideboard, TV, storage shelf, table and chairs), kitchen area (top fridge, microwave, mini oven, ceramic hob), 1 bedroom (1 x 140 cm with cupboard), a shower room and separate toilet.
Patio with garden furniture and parasol. Private parking.
Pets allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning package ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY (+60€), to be booked with the agency.
Security deposit: €250 BY BANK CARD ONLY (pre-authorization).
A cleaning deposit may be requested.
