Upstairs: a large mezzanine with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm), a children's corner in the attic (1 baby bed, 1 high chair). 300 m² of land. Oil-fired central heating included in the price. Free firewood. End-of-stay cleaning available at an additional cost. Internet access, but weak connection.

- By car: Access via the A6 motorway, Avallon exit. Take the direction of Saulieu by the N 146 then the N 6 to Cussy les Forges. Then the D 33 and the D 10 towards Quarré les Tombes, then Saint Brisson to the D 211 towards Dun les Places, then the D 6 towards Brassy. In Montour turn right towards Vaucorniau. In Vaucorniau take the first street on the left. - By train: The nearest TGV station is Montbard. For express trains, Avallon or Corbigny station, then take a taxi to the gîte.
