Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (2 single bunk beds), bathroom (bath/WC). Electric heating. ADSL in the gîte with WIFI possibility. Tel. Courtyard and green space (6000m²), terrace, carport, garden furniture, barbecue. Ping-Pong, 4 mountain bikes provided. Sheets provided. All charges included. SP: horse-drawn carriage ride subject to availability of the owners. Wellness area available free of charge, upon reservation to be mentioned when establishing the contract. This wellness area is shared with the other gîte. Practice of beekeeping. Organic market gardening on site. THE PLUS OF THE GÎTE: Sheets provided and tea towels included. Electricity at the customer's expense, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.

The price includes: Sheets. Water and electricity in normal use (8kwh per day). Any disproportionate use (windows and doors open during the day while the heating is on) will be charged.
