Bourbonnaise house completely renovated into an eco-gite. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, wood stove. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Solar central heating. ADSL Wifi, Telephone. Private land, terrace, carport, garden furniture, barbecue. Wifi access. SP: Wellness area available free of charge, upon reservation to be mentioned when establishing the contract. This wellness area is shared with the other gîte. Moulins and Vichy 25 km away. Practice of beekeeping. Organic market gardening on site.
The plus of the gîte: heating included. Sheets provided and tea towels included. Electricity at the customer's expense, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.

The price includes: Sheets. Water, electricity in normal use (8kwh per day). Any disproportionate use (doors and windows open during the day, while the heating is working) will be charged.
The price does not include: Tourist tax, excessive use of electricity or water. Charging electric cars (this is charged at €10)
