2 km from the shops and close to the town of Saumur, this pied-à-terre is ideal for visiting the troglodyte sites, the Cadre Noir of Saumur and its horses, the mushroom farms and the picturesque villages of Turquant and Montsoreau as well as the abbey of Fontevraud. Also discover the Loire Anjou Touraine National Park, the Loire castles, the vineyards of Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil...

It consists of a large living room of 40m² with lots of charm: wooden beams, tuffeau wall, parquet flooring, old wooden door... a fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining area, a comfortable living room giving access to the covered terrace through a bay window.

A first bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 190cm), shower and vanity unit, plenty of storage, television. Door leading outside.

A second bedroom with a 140cm x 190cm bed, shower, vanity unit, television, fixed window.

Outside, enjoy an enclosed and shaded garden with dining area, barbecue, deckchairs and a pleasant covered terrace with wooden garden furniture.

The cottage is located near the owners' home and adjoins the "L'Aromate" cottage which can accommodate 4 people.
