Located less than 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire, this cottage is ideal for 4 people.

2 km from shops and close to the town of Saumur, this base is ideal for visiting the troglodyte sites, the Cadre Noir de Saumur and its horses, the mushroom farms and the picturesque villages of Turquant and Montsoreau as well as the Fontevraud Abbey. Also discover the Loire Anjou Touraine National Park, the castles of the Loire, the vineyards of Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil...

It consists of a large living room of 40m² with lots of charm: wooden beams, tufa wall, parquet flooring, old wooden door... an integrated and equipped kitchen, a dining area, a comfortable living room giving access to the terrace covered by a bay window.

A first bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 190cm), shower and vanity unit, plenty of storage space, television. Door leading outside.

A second bedroom with a 140cm x 190cm bed, shower, vanity unit, television, fixed window.

Independent toilets.

Outside, enjoy an enclosed and shaded garden with dining area, barbecue, deck chairs and a pleasant covered terrace with wooden garden furniture.

For your comfort, bathroom linen is provided and beds are made upon your arrival.
The gîte is located near the owners' home and is adjoining the "L'Aromate" gîte which can accommodate 4 people.
