Green setting At the exit of the village of Bouilland, located 15 km from Beaune, completely independent house, located on the heights of the 6500 m² property. Catherine and Patrick are at home to welcome you warmly and strive to meet your requests.

The secure swimming pool is open from May to September, heated only in July and August. Free access from 10 [hidden] to 8 [hidden] Dimensions 11.5 X 5.50. (Swimming pool can be shared with the owners outside the time slot indicated in the description.)

The house is composed of:

On the ground floor, a living room with an open kitchen. The living room is equipped with a pellet stove, provided free of charge. 2 bedrooms each with a 160x200 double bed and a baby bed. 2 bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. 2 separate toilets, one of which is very spacious and allows access for people with reduced mobility. Room with table football.

Upstairs, a space dedicated to children with games and reading. Two bedrooms in the attic, one with a 140x190 bed, the other with 2 90x190 beds. Separate toilet and shower room. A barrier is available to secure access to the stairs.

Outdoors furnished with children's games, ping-pong table, bike rack and deckchairs. The cottage also includes. Terrace with garden table and barbecue (charcoal not provided). Communal tennis court, located 200 m from the property, is accessible free of charge, equipment provided.

Animals are accepted for a supplement of €30/stay.

Reversible air conditioning, wifi, TV. Sheets are provided, they will be placed on the beds. Bathroom and household linen as well as end-of-stay cleaning are also included in the price. Detailed descriptions of hikes to be done in the surrounding area and advice for activities during your stay are available in the welcome book.
