The Rhone Valley cottage is ideally located between the wine-growing coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Burgundy Canal and Auxois.

This former semi-detached stable in exposed stone has been completely renovated, retaining the original troughs transformed into benches. Ground floor: travertine living room with dining room, TV, equipped kitchen and pellet stove. Shower room. Laundry room and separate toilet.

Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160 bed. A large room can be used as a TV lounge or bedroom with its comfortable 140 cm sofa bed and its mezzanine with 2 twin 80x190 cm pull-out beds. 2nd separate toilet with washbasin.

Courtyard with terrace and parking in front of the cottage. Electric heating according to consumption in winter (16kwh per day included). 3 bags of 15 kg of pellets included in the price per week, as well as sheets (beds made on arrival) and final cleaning. Folding bed, high chair and baby bath on request. Owners nearby as well as a year-round rental (access to the cellar is via the courtyard of the cottage).

The owners have managed to preserve the spirit and authenticity of the place thanks to the objects found on site, while bringing modernity.
You can enjoy an exceptional setting in the Natura 2000 area. The cottage located a few meters from the river "le Rhoin", under the cliffs of the village and bordered by the forest will bring you peace and serenity.
Many hiking, walking and cycling trails start from the cottage. Enthusiasts can also enjoy around 400 climbing routes.
Near Beaune, the capital of Burgundy, famous for its Hospices. Many wine villages to visit in the surrounding area.

Charges and supplements: Electricity and heating according to meter reading (beyond the 16kwh per day package included in the prices). Bathroom linen rental: €5 per person. €6 per additional bag of pellets.
