This independent cottage is surrounded by meadows where Charolais cows graze, you will enjoy the view of the bocage and below the forest of Château-Charles famous for its mushrooms.
Covered terrace, small private green space and large garden shared with the owners who are nearby. It is not excluded that the owners' cats visit you on the terrace during your stay. Children's games: trampoline, swing and slide.
The proximity of the A71 motorway exit (1.5 km) is ideal for discovering the Allier for a weekend or a week. Néris les Bains spa resort 30 km away. Ground floor: living room, wood pellet stove, kitchen area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (shower/toilet). This room can accommodate people with reduced mobility.
