Ground floor: modern fitted kitchen and dining room. Separate toilet. Upstairs: living room comfortably furnished for relaxation. 2 bedrooms: one with 1 bed 160 and the second with 2 twin beds 90 and 1 bed 160. Shower room and toilet.

From the kitchen, access to the enclosed courtyard, with the possibility of having meals outside on a shaded terrace overlooking the river. Electric plancha. You will appreciate the very pleasant green setting of the orchard on the edge of the Ouche (partly protected). Internet connection. Private and closed parking. Animals are not accepted in the accommodation.
