On the ground floor, 30m2 living room with open kitchen, dining area and lounge area, flat screen TV. Additional sleeping possible in a convertible on request (15€). Shower room with Italian shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs, the landing leads to two pretty bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed, the other with two 90x190cm beds. Separate toilet.
Terrace. Private parking in front of the gîte. WIFI access. Air-conditioned house, equipped with solar panels.
Pets accepted. Unfenced garden.
Many tasting cellars in the village. Nearby: the castles of Pommard, Meursault. Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, known for its famous Hospices listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk on the ramparts or in the Parc de la Bouzaise, cycle route in the vineyard between Beaune and Santenay. Many activities: Film Festivals, Baroque Music, "Cours aux jardins"... Many restaurants. Hiking in the vineyard and surrounding area. Beaune, Beach side: 14,000 m² of beaches, 4 natural swimming pools, climbing wall unique in France, restaurant area. All-inclusive gîte: sheets, cleaning, towels, heating and electricity.
