The cottage has on the ground floor a living room with dining area, lounge with convertible corner sofa (comfortable bed 140x190cm), television and fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave, coffee maker, gas hob, etc.). The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, you will enjoy a large mezzanine bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a 90cm single bed. The bathroom has a sink and a shower and the toilet is adjoining the bathroom.

In the cottage's private garden, you will appreciate the peaceful environment whether while relaxing on the sun loungers or during your meals under the flowered garden gazebo (garden furniture and barbecue available). If you wish, you can also stroll through the owners' charming green garden.

Located in the Loire Anjou Touraine regional natural park, this gîte is ideally placed for visits to castles (10 minutes from the gîte is the highest castle in France, the Château de Brissac) and for beautiful walks among the vineyards. or along the Loire, whether on foot or by bike. The Loire à Vélo circuit is just a few minutes from the gîte! Saumur and its Cadre Noir is 30 minutes away and Angers is 25 minutes away.

In summer, succumb to the charm of the taverns on the banks of the Loire with family or friends.

The cottage has a free WiFi internet connection and animals are welcome (unenclosed exterior).
