You are welcome on the lands of the family vineyard of Bois Brinçon and its 24 hectares worked organically and biodynamically.

The town of Blaison-Saint-Sulpice is classified as a charming village. It is in the heart of the Val de Loire region, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ideally located between Angers, Doué-La-Fontaine and Saumur, you will also be 8 minutes from Brissac-Quincé and its historic castle.

'La Closerie' is an independent cottage located in a former outbuilding of the castle.
On the ground floor: bright living room with sofa, armchair and television, separate toilet, fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area. An extra room with laundry room allows you to have a large additional storage space.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160x200cm and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200cm that can be pushed together. The bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is shared between the two bedrooms.

Outside, accessible from the kitchen, you will enjoy the enclosed and private gravelled courtyard with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deck chairs. A place conducive to relaxation and rest, not overlooked, with trees to provide you with shade and freshness.

Sheets are provided and beds made upon arrival. All-inclusive service except for end-of-stay cleaning and towels.

Entertainment on site: tasting and sale of the property's wines. A bottle is offered to each arrival in the cottage.

4km from the cottage, join the banks of the Loire, 7km take the Loire à vélo circuit, towards Angers or towards Saumur for beautiful discoveries of the Loire landscapes. Do not miss the troglodyte sites of the Douessine and Saumuroise region. Treat yourself to a pleasure excursion with a cruise on the Loire departing from Saint Mathurin sur Loire.

For long-term bookings (4 weeks or more), electricity will be billed on the statement of charges.
