Well in the heart of the village but at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, there is Rose, this comfortable contemporary villa which promises you unforgettable holidays, with family and friends! 200 m from there you will find the cycle path which will take you to the large lake with the ocean, to Pyla through the pine forest.
Rose, is an independent house on the ground floor with mezzanine, located on enclosed grounds of 700m² private to the gîte. A living room with living room equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, gas stove, combined fridge, microwave). The bathroom has a shower with security door and the toilets are independent. The sleeping area has a bedroom on the ground floor (1 140 cm bed), on the mezzanine 2 90 cm beds, 1 cabin bedroom (1 140 cm bed). The two upstairs bedrooms are adjoining.
