You are also 3 km from the beaches of the southern lake of Biscarrosse and 10 km from the ocean. Ideal for a stay of a week or more with family or friends to take surfing lessons, relax on the beach or paddle on the lake. The house consists of an entrance, a living room with TV corner with WIFI, a convertible sofa offering sleeping space. An open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, [hidden] well as a dining room. A bedroom is available with a 160cm bed with storage. A pantry with a washing machine and storage space. A bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. On the exterior side, garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days. A parking space is available. You park when you arrive and you can, if you wish, go by bike to go to the market, drink a coffee on the terrace, discover our cycle paths or even cycle to the ocean for the sunset. A sunny vacation is waiting for you!
