We offer you a 71m² apartment in Biscarrosse Bourg that can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Ideally located, you are 1km from the city center, you are also 1.4km from Lake Latécoère. You can cycle to the lake, perfect for boating or paddle boarding with family or friends and discovering our pretty Landes cycle paths. You are also 11km from the ocean to take your surf lessons or relax on the beach. The apartment is located on the third floor without elevator, it is composed of an entrance leading to the main room: a lounge area fitted out without TV with WIFI (4G key), as well as a dining area with a table for your enjoy your meals. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). The apartment has 3 bedrooms with storage, a bathroom, a separate toilet for more comfort. You can also enjoy three small terraces, one of which has a table and two chairs for drinking your cocktails. Possibility of parking your vehicle at the bottom of the residence, spaces are free and available. You park when you arrive and you can, if you wish, go by bike to go to the market, drink a coffee on the terrace, cycle to the ocean to enjoy the sunset and eat in our restaurants with your feet in the sand.
