The house consists of four beautiful bedrooms (a large master suite of 42m² with a 160 bed with its own bathroom, WC and its large dressing room with a sofa bed, you will also find a 90x3 bunk bed, a second bedroom with a 160 bed with storage, a third bedroom with a 140 bed with storage, a fourth bedroom with three 90 beds with storage). An additional bathroom and shower room complete the remarkable services of the house. Two separate toilets. Outside, you will find an outdoor kitchen to prepare your meals with friends or family (the barbecue is not available but a large electric plancha is at your disposal), a 25m² south-facing terrace with a view of the swimming pool available, open and heated from June to September and on a large plot of 2785m² with table football and bowling alley. Several parking spaces are available on the property. Parties are strictly prohibited.

Maison géniale

Maison top avec un niveau de qualité et d’équipement très élevé, tous récents. La maison est moderne / récente et c’est très agréable au quotidien. Climatisation présente partout. Très grande piscine et espace extérieur disponible. Bon espacement par rapport aux voisins. Un peu excentrée de Bisca plage, nécessaire d’avoir une voiture.
