Very nice house in a quiet residential area.
Ground floor on 2 levels, entrance, equipped kitchen with central island (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, induction hob, hood). Back kitchen with washing machine and dryer, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle. 1 master suite with a 160 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. 2 master suites, with bathrooms with walk-in shower and separate toilet. A bedroom with 2 90 beds, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Lower level: access to terrace, swimming pool, living/dining room, television, wood stove. A master suite with a 160 bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
On the 1st floor, the pirates' dormitory with 4 90 cm beds with a chest at the foot of each bed.
Outside: terrace, heated swimming pool from April to the end of October, garden furniture, deckchairs, gas barbecue.
Direct access to the private lake beach.
