In this privileged environment, the residence offers seven comfortable apartments, close to all amenities, within walking distance. An ideal destination to recharge your batteries in complete peace and breathe the ocean spray. Here the beach and shops are barely 100m away and accessible on foot. For a thrill, surfing and windsurfing are available, as are many other water sports activities. The dune on the ground floor offers you:
living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom.
Household appliances: Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV. Terrace with garden furniture, electric barbecue. Private parking.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
