Description of the accommodation

We offer you this charming air-conditioned T2 that can accommodate up to 4 people for a most pleasant stay with friends or family.
The apartment is located in a street perpendicular to the pedestrian street of Biscarrosse beach with restaurants, bars and even our summer shops. It is also located a 2-minute walk from our beautiful Landes beaches where you can take surfing lessons.
On the first floor of a small building, you access the accommodation via a staircase.
The apartment is composed of an entrance, a large bedroom equipped with a cupboard with wardrobe and a 160 cm double bed. A bathroom with shower and single sink. A separate toilet for more comfort. The bright living room is nicely furnished with a 160 cm convertible sofa offering 2 additional beds. You can enjoy a lounge / TV area with WIFI as well as a dining area opening onto the balcony and its east-facing garden furniture, perfect for drinking your cocktails. Open to the living room, the kitchen area is fully equipped with microwave/grill, large fridge freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. A parking space is also reserved for the tenants of the apartment. You park when you arrive and you can, if you wish, do everything on foot or by bike during your stay, ideal for enjoying the special places in our region.

Accueil à l'agence très bien et le logement était convenable et bien sauf le balcon très sale de déjections de pigeons en continu et aucune poubelle de tri sélective sur place pourtant annoncé dans la réservation et isolation du logement moyenne

Appartement spacieux et agréable!Juste dommage que le linge ne sois pas compris, le reste était parfait.

Appartement très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied de l'océan et au cœur de biscarrosse plage. Décoration très agréable et équipements complets et parfaitement fonctionnels. Le parking privatif est un plus. Le seul bémol reste le fait que l'appartement soit situé au-dessus de la boulangerie. Une très forte chaleur est donc présente dans l'appartement (murs de la chambre brûlants) ce qui donne des nuits courtes et difficiles malgré la présence d'une climatisation portative mais qui reste insuffisante. Convient donc pour de courts séjours, plus difficiles pour une semaine complète.
