You have direct access to the main avenue with its restaurants and beach shops, you are also about a hundred meters from the beach to take surfing lessons. The apartment consists of an entrance, a storeroom equipped with a washing machine, separate WC. A beautiful living room with a dining area fitted with a large table for 6 people, as well as a friendly lounge/TV area (with WIFI) equipped with a 160 cm convertible sofa and bright thanks to the two large windows windows which will give you access to the terrace. A fully equipped American kitchen: electric hob, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker... A corridor will give you access to the two bedrooms, the first with a 160cm bed and cupboards as well as a bay window giving access to the terrace. The second equipped with a 140cm bed with storage. A bathroom with sink and bathtub and towel dryer. Outside, you can enjoy the large wooden terrace facing south-east, as well as the garden furniture for your outdoor meals. No parking but free spaces are available around the residence. A sunny vacation is waiting for you!
