Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 140 cm bed. 2 90 cm beds and 1 trundle bed). Electric heating and air conditioning at extra cost. Air conditioning in the living room only. Possibility to rent sheets + towels.
Terrace, enclosed grounds. Garden furniture, barbecue. Numerous hikes and activities departing from the gîte. Quiet and shaded site on the edge of a river full of fish (trout) 500 m from the village.

The price includes: - gas for cooking (if the kitchen runs on this energy)
- water within the limits of reasonable consumption
- a flat rate of 8 kWh/day of electricity (except stays with negotiated monthly rate)
