l'appartement est bien situé à deux pas de la plage et du centre ville et le parking est vraiment appréciable cuisine bien équipée pas trop bruyant vu qu'il donne sur la cour et pas sur la rue. appartement propre à part quelques détails sûrement un peu de négligence de la part des précédents locataires (miettes dans le grille-pain, bonde de la douche pas nettoyée, appareil à croque-monsieur encore gras, traces sur les vitres....) Beaucoup de rangements.

L'appartement est parfait : spacieux, propre et très bien équipé : lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, grande douche, grands lits, etc.La place de parking souterrain est juste en face de l'accès. L'appartement est idéalement situé proche du centre, des halles, de la plage. On peut oublier la voiture pour les vacances !
