This renovation, which enhances the charm of the old, will seduce you with its environment, its comfort, its quality equipment and its sought-after decoration, industrial style. On the raised ground floor, you enter a large living room, pleasant and modern. Open-plan fitted kitchen, lounge area with wood stove (wood provided on request), flat-screen TV and large dining table.

2 double bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed, the other with two 80x200cm twin beds). A bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a shower room with walk-in shower and 1 separate toilet. Upstairs, superb bedroom under the roof with exposed beams equipped with 4 80x200 cm beds (twin) and a separate toilet on the landing. Air-conditioned house.

The exteriors will also meet your expectations. On one side, a courtyard with a wooden table and barbecue (Cécile and David access their house from this side of the property), on the other, a magnificent park will delight your toddlers: swing, games and trampoline.
