Bricks, stones, beams blend wonderfully. On the raised ground floor, you enter a large living room, pleasant and modern. Open-plan equipped kitchen, lounge area with wood stove (wood provided on request), flat screen TV and large dining table.

3 double bedrooms (two of them with a 160x200cm bed and one bedroom with two 80x200cm twin beds) and 1 4-person bedroom with single beds (90x200cm) ideal for children. A bathroom with bathtub and toilet, two shower rooms with walk-in shower (one with toilet) and 1 separate toilet. Upstairs, superb bedroom under the roof with exposed beams equipped with 4 beds 80x200 cm (twin) and a separate toilet on the landing.

To top off this comfort, second living room with flat screen TV, board games, electronic darts and table football. Air-conditioned house. Pets not allowed.

The exteriors will also meet your expectations. On one side, a courtyard with wooden table and barbecue (Cécile and David access their house from this side of the property), on the other, a magnificent park will delight your toddlers (swing, games and trampoline), terrace with garden furniture.
