In a small condominium ideally located, on the first floor without elevator, superb apartment composed of:

- A second bedroom with a bunk bed (dimensions 90x190cm)
- A separate fitted/equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
- A third bedroom with a double bed (dimensions 140x190cm)

A stone's throw from the beach, shops, the holiday village or even 10 minutes walk from the bay of Authie (seal observation site), this apartment has an ideal location to enjoy the charms of the resort.

Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.
Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €22.00 depending on the size of the desired sets.

Cleaning fees are included in the accommodation price.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be requested. Payment of your tourist tax will also be regularized.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- Single sheet kit: €10.
