In a secure residence, on the second floor without elevator, this superb apartment facing the sea is composed as follows:

- Entrance
- A bedroom with a double bed (dimensions 140x190cm).
- A living room with open fitted/equipped kitchen.
- A bathroom with bathtub, sink and washing machine.
- A separate toilet.
- A second bedroom with a double bed (dimensions 140x190cm) and a bunk bed (dimensions 90x190cm).
- A second bathroom with shower and sink.
- A third bedroom with a double bed (dimensions 140x190cm)

The whole is completed by a large balcony which will offer you a breathtaking view of the sea and the esplanade.

A private garage is also available and will allow you to park your vehicle in complete safety and serenity!

This accommodation is the perfect home for a seaside stay.

Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.

Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge ranging from €10.00 to €22.00 depending on the size of the desired set.

Cleaning fees are included in the accommodation price.

On arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be requested. Payment of your tourist tax will also be regularized.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- 1 DISHWASHER TABLET: €0.5.
- 2 DETERGENT TABLETS: €1.
- Sheet kit for 2 people: €20.
- Single sheet kit: €10.

Problème de stationnement... nous n'avons pas pu mettre la voiture dans le garage....il y avait un meuble vermoulu qui menaçait de tomber..Nous avons donc du payer le stationnement qui est payant maintenant à Berck...
