Description of the accommodation

In a secure residence, ideally located halfway between the beach and shops, this large T3 of almost 53m² is composed as follows:

- An entrance serving an individual toilet.
- A bedroom with two single beds (dimensions 90x190cm)
- An open fitted/equipped kitchen.
- A living room/lounge equipped with a sofa bed (dimensions 140x190cm)
- A shower room.
- A bedroom with a double bed (dimensions 160x200cm)

The whole is completed by a pretty balcony and a private parking space in the courtyard of the residence.

You will inevitably be seduced by its volumes and its ideal location!

Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided. Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge ranging from €10.00 to €22.00 depending on the size of the desired set.

Cleaning fees are included in the accommodation price.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be requested. Payment of your tourist tax will also be regularized.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- 1 DISHWASHER TABLET: €0.5.
- 2 DETERGENT TABLETS: €1.
- T3 CLEANING PACKAGE: €90.
- Single sheet kit: €10.
- Double sheet kit: €20.

Superbe appartement bien placé dommage que le chauffage et bloqué à 18 degrés nous avons eux froid surtout pour la toilette pas agréable du tout
