Description of the accommodation

Located in the heart of Berck Plage, a stone's throw from shops, the beach or the market, charming 37m² one-bedroom apartment on the second floor without elevator, composed as follows:

- An entrance
- A separate fitted/equipped kitchen
- A living room
- A separate toilet
- A bedroom with a double bed (dimensions 140x190cm)
- A sofa bed (dimensions 140x190cm)
- A bathroom with shower and sink

Equipment: Oven, television, washing machine, microwave.

You will inevitably be seduced by its ideal location which will allow you to fully enjoy all the charms of the resort without ever taking your vehicle!

A beautifully flowered shared courtyard is at your disposal.

Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.
Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €22.00 depending on the size of the set.

Cleaning fees are included in the accommodation price.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be requested. Payment of your tourist tax will also be regularized.

A baby bed can be provided for an additional charge of €15.00.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- 2 DETERGENT TABLETS: €1.
