In the heart of a beautiful residence located at the corner of Esplanade Parmentier and Avenue Francis Tattegrain, large studio composed of:

- A living room with a double bed (dimension 140x190) and a convertible sofa bed (dimension 140x190)
- A fitted/equipped kitchen area.

Equipment: Washing machine, television, ceramic hob, oven.

The whole completed by a private parking space which will allow you to fully and serenely enjoy the charms of the resort.

Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €22.00 per set depending on the dimensions of the bedding.
Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.

Cleaning fees are included in the accommodation rate.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be requested. Payment of your tourist tax will also be regularized.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
