Located in a residence in the immediate vicinity of the beach, on the first floor with elevator, pretty studio with neat decoration composed as follows:

- An entrance with cupboards.
- A bathroom with shower.
- A separate toilet.
- A living room with fitted/equipped kitchen area.
- A sleeping area delimited in the living room with a double bed (140 x 190).

Equipment: Oven/microwave, hob, coffee maker, television.

A private parking space is at your disposal.

Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €20.00 per set depending on the dimensions of the bedding.
Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.

Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning fees are included in the accommodation price.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be required. Payment of your tourist tax will also be regularized.
