On the first floor with elevator, in a pleasant residence located about 10 minutes walk from the beach and the bay of Authie, pretty studio with neat decoration composed of:

- An entrance.
- A bathroom with shower.
- A separate toilet.
- A living room equipped with a double wall bed and a double sofa bed. (bed dimensions 140x190)
- A fitted/equipped kitchen.

Equipment: Television, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and microwave.

It also has a balcony overlooking the courtyard of the residence and a secure private parking space in the inner courtyard.

Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €22.00 per set depending on the dimensions of the bedding.

Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.

Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning fees are included in the accommodation rate.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be required. Payment of your tourist tax will also be regularized.
