Description of the accommodation

Perfectly located, close to the beach and the city center in a very popular area, this typical Berckoise house carefully renovated is the ideal accommodation for a family vacation by the sea!

It is composed as follows, on the ground floor:
- An entrance
- A dining room
- A semi-open fitted/equipped kitchen
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
On the first floor:
- A large living room with balcony
- A bedroom equipped with a double bed (dimensions 160x190cm) with balcony
On the second floor:
- A second bedroom equipped with a double bed (dimensions 140x190cm)
- A third bedroom equipped with two single beds (dimensions 90x190cm)

A small private courtyard will also be at your disposal.

Cleaning fees are included in the accommodation price.

Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge ranging from €10.00 to €22.00 depending on the size of the desired set.
Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be requested. Payment of your tourist tax will also be required.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- Sheet kit for 2 people: €20.
- Sheet kit for one person: €10.
- KING SIZE bed sheet kit: €22.
